Returns Policy

This Returns Policy applies to wholesale and B2B orders supplied by Zeal Tacticals. Because most orders are bulk, specification-based, or customized, return handling is managed through documented quality review and claim verification.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted for verified manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or confirmed supply mismatch against approved order specifications. Claims must include evidence and be submitted within the required reporting window.

Non-Returnable Cases

Products are not eligible for return when issues are caused by incorrect storage, misuse, unauthorized modification, normal wear, or buyer-side handling after delivery. Custom OEM, private-label, and made-to-spec products are generally non-returnable unless a quality nonconformance is verified.

Claim Submission Window

Buyers must submit return or defect claims within 7 calendar days after receipt. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. Please include purchase reference, quantity involved, issue description, and supporting photos or videos.

Quality Review and Resolution

After claim review, Zeal Tacticals will provide a resolution based on verified findings. Resolution options may include replacement units, partial credit, or corrective action on subsequent shipments. Unauthorized returns without written approval are not accepted.

Return Logistics

If return shipment is approved, we will provide return instructions and destination details. Packaging must protect products from transit damage and include approved claim reference documents. Responsibility for return freight is determined by the final claim assessment.
