Shipping Policy

Zeal Tacticals supplies tactical gear and military equipment to global B2B buyers. This Shipping Policy explains how wholesale orders are processed, packed, and delivered so your procurement team can plan lead time, logistics, and receiving operations with confidence.

Order Processing Time

Standard catalog orders are processed after payment confirmation and specification approval. Processing time depends on product type, order volume, and customization requirements. For OEM or private-label projects, production planning starts only after final sample and artwork confirmation.

Shipping Methods

We support international shipping by express, air freight, sea freight, and buyer-nominated forwarders. The selected shipping method is aligned with your urgency, budget, destination, and cargo profile. Shipping terms are confirmed during quotation and order confirmation.

Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery timelines vary by country, carrier performance, customs procedures, and seasonal demand. Transit estimates are provided for planning purposes and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays caused by customs inspections, port congestion, weather, or force majeure are outside seller control.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs

Import duties, VAT, customs handling, and destination clearance charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import laws for tactical and protective equipment categories.

Shipment Inspection and Claims

Please inspect all cartons and products immediately upon delivery. If there is visible transport damage, shortage, or mismatch, notify us in writing within 7 calendar days with clear photos, packaging labels, and shipment documents. Timely reporting helps us process logistics claims efficiently.
